The new space now features a sound-proof conference room, modular acoustical folding partitions with steel frames, individual office spaces, huddle areas, and a separate warehouse workshop. Wildlife Acoustics creates the world’s leading wildlife acoustic monitoring tools, specially designed to help scientists make impactful discoveries that expand our understanding of this biologically diverse planet.

To reflect the continuation of the Morgan Stanley brand, Walker Development & Construction Management worked diligently to make certain the expansion space new buildout and refurbishment of the existing branch was performed seamlessly in an occupied building.

At Walker Development & Construction Management, we love to work hard and play hard! This summer, we had a great day at our company fishing trip and a wonderful time at our company barbecue with our families. Having fun is so important to us and we value the personalities of our team and truly enjoy our experiences together!

Like all occupied multi-family projects, it was imperative to renovate without disrupting the tenants and guests of this multi-family building located in a busy city neighborhood. Maintaining the uniqueness of the building, we updated, upgraded, and created spaces throughout the building for the tenants to enjoy.

An international company with a rich history and pioneer brand, Holcim envisioned a clean-lined, welcoming space for their Aggregate Industries employees. The project scope included all new dynamic offices, meeting areas, and conference rooms featuring full glass fronts and glass doors. A reception area, state-of-the-art dispatch room, unique sitting areas, an open collaboration space, a kitchen with gathering space, and a full-service mail room were created by Walker Development and Construction Management to align with the companies positive, passionate, and performance driven values and culture.

From the initial interview to delivery, our partnership with Tedesco Country Club positively aligned, which allowed us to be successful with a tight turnaround. This ensured a beautiful space before their Spring opening celebration. The project, with high-end cosmetics, sound proofing rugs, a separate dining nook, exquisite molding and shiplap, cubby-hole televisions bar areas, and other encrinite details is esthetically pleasing to the eye, full of neutral color, bringing nature inside.
