With a strict timeline, Walker Development worked closely with its partner to deliver a top-notch medical experience for South Coast Dermatology’s staff, patients, and guests.

A full gut and remodel included all new HVAC and plumbing in an occupied building. Efficiently and seamlessly, Walker built relationships with the other occupants of the large-scale building to ensure there would be no interruptions. All MEP trades were vetted and coordinated promptly, as fluidity and flexibility were imperative to keep the flow of the project within the timeframe and budget.

The dynamic reception and waiting space offer patients a rejuvenated retreat environment. The scope included large millwork and dynamic lighting throughout the open space, as well as in the 39 medical, surgical, and cosmetic exam rooms. In addition, break rooms were added and individual offices.
