A beloved veterinary center, serving the community since 2001, embarked on a transformative journey. With 3,500 square feet in a new building awaiting renewal, the owners spearheaded a design-build project to modernize the existing space. Despite a remarkably tight timeline, Walker Development rose to the challenge, working tirelessly to achieve the client's fixed grand opening date.

Wildlife Acoustics creates the world’s leading wildlife acoustic monitoring tools, specially designed to help scientists make impactful discoveries that expand our understanding of this biologically diverse planet.

An international company with a rich history and pioneer brand, Holcim envisioned a clean-lined, welcoming space for their Aggregate Industries employees. The project scope included all new dynamic offices, meeting areas, and conference rooms featuring full glass fronts and glass doors. A reception area, state-of-the-art dispatch room, unique sitting areas, an open collaboration space, a kitchen with gathering space, and a full-service mail room were created by Walker Development and Construction Management to align with the companies positive, passionate, and performance driven values and culture.

This ensured a beautiful space before their Spring opening celebration. The project, with high-end cosmetics, sound proofing rugs, a separate dining nook, exquisite molding and shiplap, cubby-hole televisions bar areas, and other encrinite details is esthetically pleasing to the eye, full of neutral color, bringing nature inside.
