Walker Development & Construction Management Expands its Business Development Department with Integral New Hire

Walker Development & Construction Management, Inc. has hired Timothy O’Brien as a Vice President of Business Development. Tim brings 15 years of commercial real estate experience that will be instrumental in helping Walker Development to continue to expand its client base. The development and construction management firm serves clients in a range of commercial construction sectors, including corporate office, retail, life science and technology, medical office, industrial, academic, multi-family, government, hospitality, and wellness.
As a commercial real estate broker for fifteen years, Tim joins Walker Development’s robust business development team to continue the expansion of construction clients, sharing his specific knowledge of real estate transactions and how they intersect with construction projects. Prior, Tim had a rewarding career at Colliers International and Cresa Denver, and holds a degree from Babson College.
