An Office Build-Out and Large-Scale Gut for A Cross-Dock/Transload Facility

A large industrial warehouse and office space, situated on seven paved acres, needed improvements. Walker Development & Construction Management conducted paving repairs, office renovations, LED upgrades, a garage, loading docks, and shop bays repairs.

Walker set expectations on the project without design plans or a design team and built a respected relationship with the client to deliver a space that is the best in their business.

The scope also included full site re-paving and parking layout, a large-scale concrete plan to bring the perimeter of the building to dock height, and a garage gut and re-insulate. An office fit-out included new RTUs, ceilings, lights, and flooring.

Showcased as an impressive lease, the massive truck terminal included 71 dock doors, ideally located with a repair garage.
