Quick Turnaround Tenant Build-Out

Sunrun, a leader in solar energy, needed a smaller space fit-up. As we had already completed the demolition and a design ready to house a few employees, the project turnaround occurred quickly.

We delivered office space and a training/conference area to the client’s specifications, along with an HVAC ductless split system with a ceiling cassette.
