Aligned with Design, a New Office Build Out Delivers a Unique Collaborative Space

Walker Development & Construction Management was hired to perform a full demolition of an existing space and build out a new office layout with a kitchen and a variety of spaces for White Mountain Footwear Group.

The demolition included ACT ceilings, selected ductwork, millwork, plumbing, GWB walls, and flooring. The space now features offices, conference rooms, collaborative areas, and a break room. To keep the look and feel of the space aligned with the client’s brand, we added all new lighting with additional power, hardware packages were implemented, and a clean cosmetic look was created with new paint, doors, and trim. 

To accommodate the new partition layout, the existing sprinklers were modified along with the fit and installation of new LVT flooring, tile floors, and carpet. The fire alarm system was modified to meet code along with the existing ductwork.
