Growing Without Losing a Step

When BTL was ready to grow, the opportunity was right next door. Walker Development transformed an adjacent vacant space into a fully integrated extension of BTL’s existing workplace. Expanding into a vacant suite while keeping the existing office operational required careful sequencing and a clear understanding of how the two spaces would ultimately function as one.

The build out included five private offices, a conference room, two clinical rooms, a dedicated photo room, and a storage area. A handicap-accessible restroom was added, and existing restrooms were upgraded with European-style full-height toilet partitions, elevating both privacy and finish quality throughout.

The existing office breakroom and storage were reconfigured, meaningfully improving flow across the combined footprint.

Light and transparency were woven throughout with new lighting across the entire office, high-bay lighting in the warehouse, and welded frame glass sidelights at every new office to draw natural light deeper into the layout.

The defining feature is the new main entrance: a wood slat ceiling, specialty pendant lighting, and decorative wall coverings that set the tone from the moment you walk in.
