Nick Poirier, President & Principal
As president and executive project manager, Nick is responsible for all facets of construction including planning, directing, and overseeing the administration of contracts and related management activities. He commissions work on all projects, providing technical and quality control of the construction process and personnel.
Nick has the ability to take a seemingly complicated situation and simplify it with clear direction and defined responsibilities for everyone on the team.
Inspiring and optimistic, Nick is always looking for ways to improve best practices with the goal of delivering the best results for our clients. He steadfastly believes that we are only as good as our last project. Anything less than 100% effort is unacceptable.
Nick has spent the past 20 years heading up project management for a variety of clients, including Jumbo Capital Management, CBRE, Bentley University, Avison & Young, Reliant Medical Group, Hunneman, ITW, Parsons Commercial, Olympus, Acadia Insurance, and many more.
