Jeff Walker, Chief Executive Officer & Principal
Jeff has over 25 years of experience covering multiple areas of commercial real estate including engineering, construction, brokerage, development/investment, and ownership.
Beginning his career as a civil and environmental engineer for Weston & Sampson Engineers, Inc., Jeff spent four years as a consulting engineer working on a variety of projects, including the expansion of the Blackburn Industrial Park in Gloucester, MA. He then spent the next ten years as a commercial real estate broker where he represented some of the area’s top companies including Cisco Systems, Texas Instruments and General Electric Company.
Jeff spent the next five years as the vice president of a $20 million commercial construction company. There, he handled all of the business development activities and led the $6 million redevelopment of Sudbury Town Square in Sudbury, MA.
As CEO of Walker, Jeff is in charge of the overall direction of the company, development activities, accounting, creating new business opportunities, and investment. He is known to bridge relationships with ease.
