A Successful Move of Their North American Operations With an Aggressive Schedule

Tecnau moved their company operations to a new location. The project was a combination of warehouse, engineering, manufacturing, and office space. With a goal of an on-time seamless move-in, we brought this project to fruition and coordinated an on-time delivery with the tenants, moving company and employees. 

We gutted the existing space and started from scratch with a lot of unknown electrical and plumbing requirements, finding solutions each step along the way. The space was designed to incorporate different entities and needed to flow for the employee’s workspace and to connect the training area with the manufacturing, mechanical, and industrial spaces. 

We kept an esthetically pleasing appearance throughout the entire building, from the lobby to the expansive office space with adjacent conferences rooms to the impressive warehouse.
