Rebuilding Excellence. Elevating Experience.

When a devastating fire struck Oakley Country Club in December 2024, Walker Development led a full restoration and transformation, delivering not just a recovery, but an elevated member experience.

The project was executed in two strategic phases. The first was completed by Memorial Day, restoring core club operations and returning members to the space quickly. Phase two delivered a comprehensive rebuild of all fire-impacted areas, introducing elevated finishes, modern amenities, and a fully reimagined interior across all three levels. From upgraded locker rooms and a state-of-the-art fitness center on the lower level, to a new reception area, high-end wine room, and refreshed dining spaces on the main floor. The upper level was transformed into a high-energy social hub with a custom bar and social lounge, expansive seating, and integrated technology.

Operational performance was equally prioritized, with full replacement of all major building systems, a new elevator, upgraded kitchen infrastructure, and a modern Building Management System. The renovation was completed in under one year, restoring Oakley quickly while reimagining the club’s standard of quality, functionality, and member experience for years to come.
