A Full Build-Out of a New Regional Office From a Vanilla Box Shell

An international company with a rich history and pioneer brand, Holcim envisioned a clean-lined, welcoming space for their Aggregate Industries employees. The project scope included all new dynamic offices, meeting areas, and conference rooms featuring full glass fronts and glass doors. 

The build-out included upgrades to the existing HVAC system, installation of the server equipment and all associated telephone/data cabling, and specialized AV equipment. The installation of the lighting system accompanied the complete furniture package seen throughout with new high-end finishes. 

A reception area, state-of-the-art dispatch room, unique sitting areas, an open collaboration space, a kitchen with gathering space, and a full-service mail room were created to align with the company’s positive, passionate, and performance-driven values and culture.
