A Fast-Tracked Office Build Out

On a 10-week schedule in an occupied building, the client knew we were the right fit for the project to deliver a flawlessly positive end result exceeding expectations. 

With a total rehab of the space, we created a modern and esthetically fresh open office layout complete with new conference and huddle rooms along with an employee gathering area that connects the spaces perfectly. The new glass enclosed full kitchen and break area is humbly placed and showcased impeccably as it leads to the accessible work area and glass enclosed perimeter offices. 

Construction included diligent coordination with the tenant’s IT, security, and new electrified office furniture systems.
