A New Office Space Fit-Out in Downtown Worcester

Walker Development & Construction Management brought their client’s vision to life with a complete build-out of a new office space for Greater Worcester Community Foundation, located in the iconic One Mercantile Street building in Worcester.

From framing through the finishing work, the project included flawless planning and coordination with GWCF’s furniture and IT vendors. The project was executed and completed in under six weeks despite a late release to meet the tenant’s schedule.

Regardless of the skeptical construction schedule, Walker knocked it out of the park with a very happy client as a result.
