Premier Office Renovation in Prime Wakefield Building

A technology-focused client known for bringing clarity to complex data partnered with Walker Development to create a high-end corporate office that reflected innovation and precision. The project was completed within a Class A building occupied by tenants sensitive to construction noise, requiring thoughtful scheduling. Early start times and after-hours work were implemented to minimize disruption while maintaining project momentum.

Selective demolition allowed for new partitions, creating additional offices and conference rooms. All offices were outfitted with demountable wall systems, offering efficient installation and long-term flexibility. Reception areas, boardrooms, and a conference room were elevated with specialty ceilings and distinctive wall panels, while an oversized café island became a central gathering feature for employees.

Design updates included fresh paint, a sprayed exposed deck, polished concrete floors, and new carpet in select areas. HVAC controls were upgraded, and a calm, modern lighting package was installed throughout the space. The finished office delivers a refined, technology-forward environment built through strategic planning and solution-driven execution.
