Luxury Meets Style with New Premium Fashion Brand Store at Wrentham Outlets
The open-concept retail space was reimagined to reflect the quality and character of a high-end clothing brand. The build-out required a carefully coordinated renovation, beginning with make-safe mechanical, electrical, and fire alarm systems, along with the removal of existing sales fixtures and flooring. A new dressing room layout was introduced, supported by newly constructed walls, fresh finishes, soffits, and updated electrical throughout the sales floor.
Behind the scenes, the back-of-house areas were upgraded with new plumbing fixtures and infrastructure improvements. Work below the slab included excavation for new electrical and data conduits, followed by a newly poured and doweled concrete slab with a polished grind-and-epoxy finish.
Special attention was given to the installation of owner-provided millwork, sales fixtures, counters, accessories, and branded signage—ensuring every detail aligned with the retailer’s vision. The result is a refined yet edgy retail environment designed to elevate both the brand and the customer experience.
