The Clock Tower Warehouse is Transformed to a Pickleball, Bar, and Kitchen Space
The Clock Tower building in Ashland is known to house unique tenants. Walker Development was called upon to renovate the warehouse space to four pickleball courts with seating areas, a bar, and kitchen.
An expansive bar along with rim seating on the outskirts of the space created an open ceiling concept with glass petition to showcase the live matches on the courts. With a clean esthetic in mind, pendant lights were installed with an up-to-date entertainment package, including three televisions. A garage door was installed and is kept open for easy access and flow from the bar to the courts.
To meet all kitchen and sanitary codes, several new sinks with interior grease traps, hand sinks, and dump sinks were installed. The impressive kitchen includes a new janitors closet with a 50-gallon electric water heater, a walk-in-refrigerator, new appliances and a flaked epoxy floor with grit level.
Walker Development & Construction Management is proud to be part of such a game-on project, and to have delivered a successful space for members to enjoy for many years to come.
