With Growth Comes Exciting Change
After outgrowing corporate office space in Waltham, PharmaEssentia relocated to Burlington, Massachusetts.
This project provided an exciting challenge. First, we determined the floor was not level, so we needed to work in the occupied space below. That space was occupied by a military defense firm, so each Walker worker was required to obtain security clearance. Another unexpected encounter: The HVAC system was incorrectly labeled, causing it to feed into other spaces. Our team devised a solution and executed all the necessary changes. Even with these unforeseen road bumps, thanks to a dedicated team effort, PharmaEssentia’s completed corporate space was delivered on time and ready to support their continued growth.
