A Modern, Straight Forward Office Space with a Fire Rated Glass System

The schedule called for a 6 week turn around, and we knew out of the gate the rated glass system entry was at a 12 to16 week delivery. 

At the start of the project, we found a solution with our transparent approach to build a temporary entry which allowed the tenant to occupy the space. Once the system arrived, we installed it while all employees were at the California office. They returned to the office without any evidence that we had ever been there during their absence. 

The space itself is an open concept, with glass interior and exterior walls, as well as clean lines with a neutral palette connecting the natural flooring, millwork, and paint throughout. In addition to creative office space and work partitions, we created a small kitchen area which flows and complements the office along with the entry reception area and glass connected conference room.
