A Ground Up Building Addition, Including Two New Loading Dock Positions

Seeking the construction of a ground-up addition to house two new loading docks, we immediately saw more within the project and quickly found solutions. 

The exterior scope included relocation of underground building services, installation of new exterior drainage, an insulated metal panel system to match the existing panels, landscaping, and paving upgrades. The interior scope included a new 250 linear foot tenant demising wall, paint, and finishes throughout the loading dock addition. 

We delivered a successful, esthetically pleasing, and seamless build to the existing building in place.
