A Lab Designed for the Development of High-Quality Life Science Solutions

Originally hired to do a small office build-out and the interior painting, the project quickly expanded. This was Alioth Biotech's first time having a lab space and Walker Development & Construction Management was instrumental in ensuring that the space is compliant and has all necessary MEP components in place.

This included giving guidance on the installation of two fume hoods with exhaust to the outside air flashed in the roof, an emergency eye wash station and shower with a recirculation line, and adding power for the pilot machine and additional equipment.
