A New Office Build Out Pushing the Envelope of Technology Today

Hired to coordinate and deliver all aspects of demolition and a new office layout, including an anechoic chamber and a new kitchen space, Walker Development & Construction Management completed the fast-track project on time and on budget.

A full demolition was done including ACT ceilings, select duct work, millwork, plumbing, GWB walls, and flooring. The new space now features a sound-proof conference room, modular acoustical folding partitions with steel frames, individual office spaces, huddle areas, and a separate warehouse workshop.
