The Conversion of a 140,000 Square Foot Customer Service Center to a High-Volume Distribution Warehouse

This conversion was at the forefront with a full demolition delivered in a safe, timely, and diligent manner, achieved with consistent communication through each phase. 

The massive space required exterior upgrades, including building facade work, new paint, parking lot drainage, and pavement improvements. Inside, we designed a new trucker lounge, restrooms, painted, added additional loading dock positions, and a new epoxy floor throughout. 

Shiny, clean, and with a modern flair, we installed new LED lighting throughout along with a new ESFR Fire Protection System and HVAC RTU’s. Cambridge Units and a new BDA system were installed to enhance the safety of the building, its occupants, and its assets.
