A Large-Scale Demolition and Conversion

This project was a demolition and conversion of former EMC/Dell Manufacturing Testing Facility into a new GMP Manufacturing building. The large-scale conversion of 70,000 square feet included removal of a massive interior steel-frame mezzanine and environmental test rooms to create a new, column-free, 35,000 square foot space with up to 40’ deck height.

We installed new energy-efficient high bay LED lighting, and the exterior façade upgrades included EFIS repairs and new exterior paint. The exterior site work upgrades included the installation of new fire hydrants to serve the newly upgraded interior fire suppression system, plus the conversion of the building waste system from private to public.
