The MassHire Build Out at a Flagship Building in Worcester

As part of the bustling mixed-use hub of cultural activity within the Worcester Theatre District, the 554 Main Street building has incorporated the vision of The Menkiti Group by providing opportunities for neighborhood-serving retail and commercial office space. 

Presented with a six-month turnaround in an occupied building, we knew we were the right team for the project. It included the total rehab of the third and fourth floor suites along with the common areas on the first and second floors. 

We worked diligently with the tenant’s IT, security, and office furniture systems to coordinate seamless fit and installation with the timeline provided. Construction included major upgrades to all MEP systems including fire alarm and sprinkler systems.

We have proudly provided new offices and conference rooms for MassHire administration as well as reception, open office space, training rooms, and computer labs for customer use.
