Club Entrance and Bag Drop Redesign

Upon creating an aesthetically pleasing entrance, parking, and flow for all events, Walker Development was hired as an Owner’s Representative to oversee the construction of a new octagon-shaped starter hut. The outdoor entrance was refreshed with expansive decorative walls and exquisite landscaping. The design-build included cobblestone walkways, underground drainage, new curbing, and parking lot lights. Walker worked closely with the best contractor for the project, to ensure that the project would be completed before the start of the golf season. With a November wintery start, execution began with unforeseen ledge removal throughout the entire area. Acting as the main point of contact between the contractor and the Weston Golf Club, Walker seamlessly orchestrated the delivery of a beautiful welcoming entry, resulting in happy clients and pleased members.
