A Two-Phase Medical Office Renovation Completed Without Disruption to Care

Walker Development led a full renovation of the existing APG—Beth Isreal Lahey Health medical offices, exam rooms, and waiting areas—all while keeping the practice fully operational for patients and staff. The work was completed without interruption, thanks to strategic planning and close coordination with on-site teams.

To meet the compliance and ADA regulations, Walker reconfigured the space and installed automatic door operators, ensuring accessibility throughout.

The refreshed facility now features upgraded finishes—including new ceilings, lighting, paint, flooring, millwork, and highly functional transaction windows. More than 30 offices and exam rooms were refurbished, along with an improved reception area designed for both comfort and efficiency.

Walker Development executed the project in two well-phased stages, delivering the renovation on time and within budget, while maintaining the professionalism and care required in an active healthcare environment.
