A Full Construction Remodel

This project consisted of full construction services for 10,000 square feet covering two floors. Walker did a total demolition of all MEPs and interior finishes. The project scope included an entirely new sprinkler system, multiple new rooftop units, a complete lighting package with complex controls, and new restrooms.
