Preserving 2 Knowledge Park’s Exterior Facade and Vestibule

Walker Development & Construction Management was hired to update the exterior appearance of 2 Knowledge Park. This included the removal of existing exterior glass doors and vestibule, along with the removal of concrete pad, curbing, and landscaping. This made way for the creation of the new vestibule, including excavation, form and pour footings, foundation walls, concrete floor/slab, roofing, and waterproofing as needed.

All of the existing exterior siding was also removed and replaced with Parklex Prodema to secure and improve the exterior look. This created a slightly larger reveal in addition to painting the entire exterior of the building.
