An Office Refresh and Reconfiguration of a Multi-Use Building in Boston

As a partner of Walker Development & Construction Management, it was a natural fit for Tappé Architects to hire Walker as their general contractor for their office renovation. Reconfiguring the entire space, Walker executed the project speedily with the specialized design knowledge of the Tappé team.

Walker Development took the lead on obtaining the Boston permits and scheduling process while delivering a keen sense of responsibility to the residential and commercial tenants within the building. Walker worked alongside a variety of personalities to bring the project to fruition in a sensitive environment, a tight time frame, and within budget. The space resulted in a modern, warm vibe with unique ceiling features and great lighting.

In addition, Walker provided a seamless fire alarm shutdown without noise and added glass doors throughout the space while installing high-end luxury items.
