A Multi-Family Common Area Renovation in Cambridge 

Brought on board by a repeat client, it was imperative to renovate without interrupting the tenants and guests of this multi-family building. Maintaining the uniqueness of the building, we updated, upgraded, and created spaces throughout floors one through six for the tenants to enjoy.

On each floor, we removed and replaced all common area carpet, centered the sprinkler heads, replaced the ceiling tiles and lights, and painted the walls, doors, and chair rails. 

The building lobby was updated to include a new mill work package as well as a concierge desk and modern kitchenette for all to enjoy. We also created four new meeting and huddle rooms with security access for tenants. 

The tenant amenity room was upgraded to a high-end gathering spot with new mill work, a sink, lighting, and exposed ceiling. Modern glass walls along the perimeter showcase the amenity room and fitness center.
