A Space Expansion with a New Build Out and Refurbishment of the Existing Space

The Walker Development team made certain the expansion space build out and the refurbishment of the existing branch were performed seamlessly for Morgan Stanley in an occupied building.

The upgrades included new finishes to match Morgan Stanley’s brand standards along with new furniture, sliding glass office fronts to match existing doors, as well as the refurbishment of carpet, paint, and wallcovering throughout. A new reception lobby and fully renovated, modern kitchen were created.

Walker Development’s team carefuly coordinated to maintain the business units’ IT infrastructure and support their work from home during construction, including the installation of new data, security, AV, and furniture systems.

Walker worked closely with Morgan Stanley to find innovative solutions to expedient the construction schedule, reduce costs, and limit the interruptions to Morgan Stanley operations.
